Properties
FOSSER Antifreeze A 13 is an antifreeze based on ethylene glycol, free from potentially harmful substances such as nitrites, amines, and phosphates. Thanks to an optimal combination of highly stable inhibitors based on silicate-free carboxylic acid technology, FOSSER Antifreeze A 13 offers excellent corrosion and cavitation protection for the longest possible coolant lifespan. Additional additives prevent foaming of the coolant and inhibit deposits.
FOSSER Antifreeze A 13 provides year-round, maintenance-free frost and corrosion protection for the entire engine lifespan. The coolant has no negative impact on coolant hoses or cylinder head gaskets.
Application Notes
FOSSER Antifreeze A 13 mixed with the appropriate amount of water - is used as a cooling and heat transfer fluid in internal combustion engines, without restriction whether the engines are made of cast iron, aluminum, or a combination of both metals, and in cooling systems made of aluminum or copper alloys.
FOSSER Antifreeze A 13 is particularly recommended for light alloy engines where special aluminum protection at higher temperatures is required. A concentration of 50 vol.% is recommended year-round.
FOSSER Antifreeze A 13 is miscible with most ethylene glycol-based coolants.
Observe manufacturer's specifications and a minimum operating concentration of 33 vol.%.
